Real Madrid Women have officially kicked off their preparations for the 2025–26 season, holding their first training session at Real Madrid City under the guidance of new head coach Pau Quesada. The squad trained on Tuesday following routine medical checks conducted on Monday.
The session began in the gym before moving onto the pitch, where the players were split into groups. The goalkeepers worked on position-specific exercises, while the outfield players focused on ball activation, running drills, and tactical elements including circulation, possession, and finishing on mini-goals.
This marks Pau Quesada’s debut season at the helm of the women’s first team. He will be supported by assistant coaches Antonio Rodríguez and Pablo de Lucas. The technical staff also includes Antonio Caballero and Jairo Huerta as fitness coaches, Óscar Gaspar as goalkeeping coach, and Eugeniu Buza overseeing rehabilitation work.
