Real Madrid secured their place in the EuroLeague Final Four after defeating Hapoel Tel Aviv 81-87 in Bulgaria, sealing the playoff series 3-1. It marks the club’s fourth Final Four appearance in five years and their eleventh since 2011.
The side coached by Sergio Scariolo delivered a strong defensive performance and responded well offensively during key moments of the game. Usman Garuba led the team with 16 points and a performance rating of 20, while Théo Maledon added 14 points and a rating of 18. Seven different players finished with between seven and sixteen points.
Real Madrid will face the winner of the playoff series between Valencia Basket and Panathinaikos in the semifinals.
