Jaylen Hoard has emerged as one of the most sought-after players on the European basketball scene, and Real Madrid has officially entered the race to sign the French power forward for next season.

However, Maccabi Tel Aviv is not ready to let him go without a fight. The Israeli club, where Hoard enjoyed a standout season, has countered with a lucrative contract renewal offer, which includes a significant salary increase.
Maccabi’s management is hopeful that Hoard’s central role in the team and the improved financial terms will be enough to persuade him to remain in Tel Aviv.
