José Mourinho's first match since returning as Real Madrid manager has been confirmed.
Real Madrid will face Leganés in a closed-door preseason friendly on July 28 at 6:00 PM at Real Madrid City in Valdebebas.
The match will mark Mourinho's first appearance back on the Real Madrid bench since his return to the club. Although it will not be played at the Santiago Bernabéu or in front of supporters, it will provide the Portuguese coach with his first opportunity to implement his tactical ideas ahead of the new season.
Leganés, managed by Rubén Albés, will be Real Madrid's first preseason opponents as preparations for the 2026-27 campaign continue.
