Real Madrid have announced the signing of Lineth Beerensteyn, who will join the women's team on a three-year contract running from July 1, 2026, until June 30, 2029.
The Dutch international arrives with extensive experience at both club and international level. Beerensteyn was part of the Netherlands squad that won the UEFA Women's European Championship in 2017 and also lifted the European Under-19 Championship during her youth international career.
She began her professional career at ADO Den Haag, where she won two Dutch Cups before moving to Twente in 2016.
In 2017, Beerensteyn joined Bayern Munich and went on to win the Bundesliga title during her five-year spell with the German club.
The forward then spent two seasons at Juventus, adding an Italian Cup and an Italian Super Cup to her list of achievements.
In 2024, she returned to Germany to sign for Wolfsburg. During her first season at the club, she finished as the league's top scorer.
Beerensteyn now joins Real Madrid as the club continues to strengthen its squad ahead of the new season.
