Real Madrid are reportedly monitoring Ukrainian shooting guard Max Shulga as they continue planning their roster for the 2026-27 basketball season.
The 24-year-old impressed with the Maine Celtics, the NBA G League affiliate of the Boston Celtics, and is viewed as an attractive option because he would qualify as a quota player.
Shulga established himself as one of the top shooters in the G League while playing alongside several NBA prospects, including Ron Harper Jr., John Tonje, Keon Johnson and KJ (Kendall) Moore.
Real Madrid have been searching for a player with Shulga's profile for some time, and the Spanish club could now consider bringing the Ukrainian guard back to European basketball.
