Michael Olise wants to maintain control over his future. The French winger is happy at Bayern Munich, but he does not want to completely close the door on a potential move in the future, something the German club would like to avoid.
With growing interest from Real Madrid and Liverpool, Bayern are planning to extend Olise's contract soon, according to BILD. However, the same outlet reports that the 23-year-old wants a release clause included in the new agreement.
Bayern's intention is to secure the future of one of their key players, while Olise wants to retain the possibility of considering offers from other clubs in the future. The two sides therefore have different priorities as negotiations over a new contract continue.
