Iker Casillas appeared to send another message regarding José Mourinho’s possible return to Real Madrid after posting an intriguing list of coaches on X.

With speculation continuing to grow around Mourinho becoming the next Real Madrid manager, the former goalkeeper shared ten coaching names without including the Portuguese coach.

Unai Emery, Vincent Kompany, Xabi Alonso, Cesc Fàbregas, Mikel Arteta, Andoni Iraola, Zinedine Zidane, José Bordalás, Iñigo Pérez, and Vicente del Bosque were all mentioned in Casillas’ post. The message also ended with ellipses, suggesting the list may not have been complete.

The post quickly attracted attention, especially after Casillas recently made his stance on Mourinho clear.

"I don't want him at Real Madrid, I think other coaches would be better suited," the former Real Madrid captain previously stated on social media.

With his latest message, Casillas appeared to reinforce that opinion by highlighting several alternative profiles for the Real Madrid bench.

The list included experienced coaches such as Emery, Arteta, and Del Bosque, rising managers like Cesc Fàbregas, Iñigo Pérez, and Iraola, as well as high-profile names in European football including Kompany and Xabi Alonso. Former Real Madrid coach Zidane was also among the names mentioned.
