Carlos Espí has been called up by Luis de la Fuente to join the Spain senior squad for the final two Nations League matches of the international break. The Real Madrid forward, who had been with the under-21 team, has been promoted to the senior squad as a replacement for the injured Ferran Torres, earning his first call-up at senior international level.
Spain's squad also includes Real Madrid players Huijsen and Cucurella. La Roja will host the Czech Republic in Oviedo on Saturday, October 3, at 8:45 p.m., before completing the group stage against Croatia in Split on Tuesday, October 6, at 8:45 p.m.
