The Santiago Bernabéu's new signage is almost complete, with Real Madrid set to install the club's crest on the stadium facade next week, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
The work began on August 13, when the club started installing the "Bernabéu" letters on the facade ahead of the home league opener. However, the initial installation was incomplete, with neither the Real Madrid crest nor the stadium's brand logo included. The facade displayed the stadium's name, but without the emblem.
This week, workers have begun preparing the facade for the next stage. A survey has been carried out at the height of the existing letters to determine the structure needed to support the crest.
The emblem will reportedly stand more than five meters tall and is expected to be positioned in front of the word "Bernabéu". Its installation will complete the signage and give the facade the finished look Real Madrid fans have been waiting for.
